e.g. The man describing his suffering from everyday "boredom", experiencing mostly (very) high and (very) low emotions was classified by his psychiatrist as typical Cluster B.

Prepititis B

A disease that causes the host to become a pansy and wear clothes from Aeropostale and Hollister.

Symptoms can range from: hanging around with lots of other Prepititis sufferers, being a cheerleader/football player, making fun of the more geeky types, and spreading stupid rumors about stupid people.

oh my gosh, those cheerleaders and their boyfriends have a severe case of Prepititis B.

Fran B

To be called a Fran Burt can mean best friend, however It has many interpretations. You could say a Fran Burt is an OG or a sassy bitch. However to be a Fran Burt you have to say what you think. You have to be rude and annoying but you also have to balance it with humour. For example a Fran Burt may say someone’s fringe looks like a character off of SHREK. This is both funny and rude you need that balance to be called a Fran Burt if you meet a Fran Burt you are extremely lucky. You will never laugh as much with anyone else as you would with a Fran Burt.

A Fran B could say : don’t even with me right now, I just genuinely can not!
