To get bought lunch in exchange for your knowledge, experience, advice, contacts or just your company.

Or to buy someone else lunch if you need something.

Either business or pleasure, its the closest thing you will ever get to a free lunch.

I might Get Lunched with someone that can help me get a new job and get my CV into the right hands.

Or Get Lunched with a deep sea diver.

Or if we're both single and playing the dating game, we'd both Get Lunched.

Its all about using what you've got to get bought lunch :)

The other definitions are all purely American. The British and Aussie chaps use "get stuffed" to mean "Get lost!" or "Go away!"
