When one places both balls over the eyes off a person so that one testicle is over each eye like a pair of goggles. If any part of the penis comes to rest on the nose it is then referred to as a Gonzo because his nose is long and penis shaped.
Karen got drunk and passed out so her friend Steven placed one of his testicles over each of her eyes as he yelled out, "Flesh Goggles!".
