1. To start/end sex at exactly 12:34, day or night.
2. To take a shot/smoke it up at exactly this time. (Some say it must be done daily, others that it only requires one hit/shot)

It may also be reffered to as the Midnight 34, Or Midnight/"High" noon Rock.
