Get the Circle of Lifemug. When several people mute a channel on Slack in order to avoid notifications on a specific topic, but people writing about the topic are aware that several people have muted the channel. So they post it in another or several other channels about it, which will also end up being mutated. Each iteration of this circle will increase the number of channels those people will need to post to and the number of channels being mutated by the majority.
