Chloe is one to be jealous of, she's basic but she's the prettiest one in sight. Chloe makes others look in the mirror wishing to be her, to have her confidence, her attractiveness. Chloe makes others want her attention, she may not be the most popular but u wished u had as many friends as her. If a chloe isn't talking to you, you feel lonely and jealous of who shes busy with.
