Also known as the orange county borderlands that is comprised of several cities making up "the borders" "the last frontier" "the crossroads" "westeros" before you step into LA COUNTY. These cities are distinct in that they share more or to a lesser extent elements of both countys in their demographics culture and attitudes. Generally more laid back, not as outspoken or opinionated "chill" where diversity is the norm, (melting pot) as is raising kids (great public schools), working a normal job and using *cough* coupons (penny hoarding).
