I just saw that word from that post is coded language from a red pill group, MGTOW must be a hashtag cult.

A verb used to describe the action of having too hot food in your mouth. The word refers to the sound you make when you try to cool down hot food while it's already in your mouth.

"I usually hashafaf my food until it's cool enough to eat".
"Hashafafing often burns my mouth".
