You all-in the group. This is a personable way to address/refer to a group of people whether the people in the group be male/female/gender neutral.
I'll see ya's later(use of the word ya’s allows you to say good bye to a group of 2 or more people in a friendly way). What the heck are ya's doing?(use of the word ya’s adds a friendly tone when speaking/referring to a group of people in a stressful situation).
