Talking to self; counseling oneself: giving therapy to self through a process. A process involving self therapy coaching. A type of self-help therapy.

I was in a situation that required me to therasize.
In my opinion thersizing, can be used a a self-help tool.

When someone mentions the name Jason or Johnson you immediately and uncontrollably claim to be the victim of harassment and blame random people for interfering with your custody case of your adult daughter.

In severe cases fundraising may take place to rescue this same daughter from an abusive home...after you already claimed she moved in with you.

It has become fatal when you post her image on social media accessible to all of the people you claim harassed her.

Or...

An admiration for the late Nascar driver Jason Johnson.

Lindsey saw an account named Jason in a chat today and immediately claimed that it was someone trolling her ex husband Jason Johnson, said they interfered with her custody case.
