Press Left and right spin button at the same time to perform it.

Simple, it drops you from the rail when grinding.

There's also Encoded Drop Down (enc DD)

Jetcoke: Let me DD this rail.
Crim: Ok, Show me.
Jetcoke: Grinds the rail, Dropdown then collapse?.
