The appropriate response to when someone takes off a jacket, sweater, etc. even though it is really cold either to display how "tough" they are or because they feel no cold. Especially when you are freezing yourself

Spring Feeling

The excited, happy, yet oddly suspenseful feeling you get when you realize it's getting close to summer vacation. It is a long term feeling, usually starting in mid-March, but can start as early as late February. It intensifies as the last day of school approaches.
