When you fart in an elevator right before you exit the elevator, leaving the fart for the remaining elevator passengers.

The company ceo pissed me off during another meeting , so I left him a “dirty otis” in his executive elevator.

The act of creating a crash so epic that it seems to have no beginning or end. Just carnage. It also causes people to unintentionally blurt out ‘You can’t park there ‘while driving past.
