Nottingham has great nightlife, Coventry has diverse architecture, Kenilworth, Ludlow and Newark have cool castles, Birmingham has nice food, Leicester is very multicultural, Derby is good for shopping, Rutland has Britain's biggest reservoir, Matlock has cable cars, Chesterfield has a wonky church, Stratford is nice, Lincoln is ye olde yet modern.
