Often (but not always) drunk, a Jeggings will say terrible things behind their friends' backs; tip very poorly; fail to say, "excuse me," while shoving past you in a crowd; yell at their mother on their phone in line at the bank; or otherwise act immaturely and without regard for others. They can often be identified by their choice of lower body clothing.

2. Synonym for bitch or asshole.
