Get the hella dough mug.
1. Mindlessly playing with ones ball sack while doing something else, such as watching TV. Usually done when the scrotum is warm and pliable. Not so much a sexual move as much as something done from boredom.
2. Masturbating in such a furious and severe manner that it looks like a Russian house wife making bread. Due to the severeness the sounds can be very similar to kneading bread.

1. Jada yet again caught Jordan "kneading the dough" as he watched Captiain American for the 8th time.
2. The guy with the sprite drinks pretended to read the papers but was secretly staring at the cashiers butts as he was "kneading the dough".

It involves three albino midgets, a cactus, a slip-and-slide, sometimes a toaster oven, and a gallon of milk always helps.
Jeff: I am about to pop a dough, son!
Santo: What does that even mean!? Me no smart!!!
Tierney: I love midgets!

to give out something, typically in reference to money
Originated from when gangsters in the 1920s went to Italian restaurants and payed money by hiding it in breadsticks. They would then hand out the breadsticks (baked dough) to people, hence "dough it out".
Some sources claim that Jesus also was the OG (original gangster) when he multiplied and then doughed out bread to the people. Moses also may have done this earlier with manna, but manna is questionably doughesque, so the credit mostly goes to Jesus. This comes from the Book of Dough that was excluded from the Bible during the Council of Trent due to its relation to the Jewish Mafia.
