On super bowl weekend you hold your poop starting on the friday before the super bowl then don’t poop until half time of the super bowl.

I can’t wait to release my super bowel.

a bowel growl is when you hold in a stanker (fart) and it makes a farting noise, it's stuck inbetwixt the vortex of a fart and a dump. therefore it is a fart inside your unheavinly bowels.
