Get the Snow Cheeksmug. The word "cheeks" or the phrase "that's cheeks" is used to describe something that is really bad. It is a version of saying "that's ass", as instead of saying that, one could say the phrase "that's ass cheeks" and shorten it to either "cheeks" or "that's cheeks". This is typically used in New York or the Northeast U.S.
