someone (most likely from india because logic) who either "gives away" stuff "for free" or asks for stuff in exchange for nothing.

scammer: hello, this is (insert name) from (insert company), you have been selected to win a prize.
victim: mmmm no.
scammer: what do you mean, i actually work at (insert company).
victim: lol no this is a scam
scammer: (insert an entire minute of cussing out victim)
victim: have a good day, sweetheart. (hangs up)

It is advancing and becoming a leading city in new technology and tech startups. Sacramento is also in a very convenient location as it is close to beautiful places like San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite and Los Angeles!

Sacramento is a very awesome city with tons of cool things to see ranging from futuristic technology to beautiful nature such as Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevadas.
