This is an neutral type of Matthew, they always wear a sweater no matter what temperature. They have an extreme liking to the feeling of cold, but does not care about heat at all. Most sweater wearing Matthews are very resilient to everything, and are very good with combat. About half of these Matthews know morse code and have hidden weapons on them everywhere they go.
