Used for things that are somewhat funny but not hilarious where a period is not happy enough but an exclamation point is too much.

Coughtation Mark, (Noun) Is the use in text, and in verbal speech, of the word "cough" or by emulating the bodily function of "coughing" to humorously hide and or interject a snarky phrase or comment during conversation, usually meant to possibly annoy one person, while potentially amusing others present or partaking in said conversation.
