A racist is a person who judges another person by the COLOR of their SKIN and the STEREOTYPES associated with that skin color, and NOT by the contents of their CHARACTER and/or ACTIONS.
All racists are uneducated half wits that deserve to have their reproductive abilities removed in the most heinous of manners. Racists come in all shapes and sizes, like us regular folk, they can be white, black, yellow, fucking MAGENTA, shit idk all kinds of shades man!

Therefore, no single group or person is singled out but rather all groups or persons have had to deal with being subject to hate, apathy, and stigmas.
