This usually happens when people from relatively humble beginnings make it into middleclass/upper middleclass and start giving unsolicited advice to massage their ego or make it seem like they are helping you. They tend to become know it all's and wont let you get a word in, wont accept there are other ways of doing things or just assume they are always right.

Since he made VP, all he talks about is how he can help you advance your career and be like him, i think he has successful nigga syndrome !

LIS also known as Locked-In Syndrome is a common disease where "quirky" and not always intelligent Generation Alpha children have every muscle in their body stop working and can only blink and look up and down. This includes but is not limited to: 3rd graders, 4th graders, 5th graders/ and select 6th graders.

Webdev syndrome

When a person gets an advanced engineering degree like Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, etc. then just decides that they want actually want to make websites and ends up becoming a web developer just because that's the trend.

I thought he was going to make major contributions to the field of electronics but unfortunately, he fell victim to the webdev syndrome.

"Hey, why is he making website for this random coffee shop? Didn't he have an Aerospace Engineering degree?"
- "Yeah...but sadly he developed webdev syndrome recently"
