Pointe-Claire

Pointe-Claire is a town located on the West Island of Montreal, in Canada, it has a population of 31000 and a recent survey shows that 24500 out of 31000 have admitted to having some sort of fetish for the premier of Quebec Francois Legault, and another 5500 have admitted to having wet dreams about a Canadian Prime Minister candidate in the 2021 elections, with 800 for Justin Trudeau, 1250 for Erin O'Toole, 400 for Jag meet Singh, 3000 for Maxime Bernier, and 50 for others. The main language is French, due to the 101th law stating that all must speak French. Another study shows that 1 out of 31000 has admitted to being a vegan activist.
Pointe-Claire was the host city of the West Island jackoff festival in 1974, 1983, 1992, 1999, 2003, 2006, 2009, 2012 and 2021. In 1974, only 300 people participated to the festival, but in 2021, over 40000 people participated, showing that Pointe Claire is a very popular location for the festival, due to the advantage of many hornists present there.

I doubt there is one. If there is I'm clearly missing it.

Zero-point-one

Used as a noun. Usually used to describe anything new that has not had the problems worked out of it yet, such as a new untested product released on an unsuspecting public. It can also be used to denote the first version of something created which is not approved/expected to be the final version, such as a new computer program, music mix, the first draft of a script, etc.
PLURAL: "I should have waited a few months to buy that new automobile, seeing as they hadn't worked the problems out of the zero-point-ones yet." SINGULAR: "We've got the new zero-point-one up and running, we'll see how this works out..."

Noob Point Overdose

Noob Point Overdose, or NPO for short, is the reference to one who has obtained over 250 noob points within a given period of time (prescribed by the gamer giving the points). If you suffer from NPO, you must work with a True Gamer to redeem yourself, otherwise you will fail for the rest of your life, and your children will be born little nooblings, and you will never be able to teach them to become anything more. The typical cure for NPO is a stressful operation, involving sitting in front of the computer screen for 36 hours, awake and actively inputting into the computer.
Jake: Oh my gosh, my kid was born without a thumb!

Larry: Thats because you never redeemed yourself from that time you went to bed at 9:30 and your child was born a noobling. Noob Point Overdose takes it's toll on another unsuspecting ex-gamer.

Jake: Is there any way to fix it?

Larry: Well, if you stop by my lair tonight around 8, and dont plan on doing anything for a day or two, then you may be able to have it removed.

demerit point

demerit points are lost when a driving offense is committed. ie. speeding, driving through a red light camera, drink driving etc.

But in a colloquial context, that of V plates, they refer to other sexual acts that have been committed (apart from the big one). comparable to 'the bases' or 'scoring'.
1:"Do you still have your V plates?"
2:"Yeah, but i've lost a couple of demerit points tho... ;) "
