A Heelah is a wild and spontaneous soul. A Heelah usually can be found playing sports or roaming wild in what ever location she seems to be at the time. When she roams it is usually for hours. A Heelah usually tends to be very delirious and especially while roaming free.

Where's Heelah? Oh she is just roaming somewhere, probably super delirious.

heel bruise

A bruise that is located at the back part of the foot below the ankle. An injuring mostly occurring to skateboarders that jumping off high platforms and landing on their feet without their skateboard.

I heard got major heel bruise from trying that gap yesterday.

If you wear Addidas socks with Vans, you're asking for heel bruise.
