Sketch syndrome is when you are very cautious of your surroundings, sometimes it gets too much and makes your legs shake and cause fainting.

"Here come on we go industrial it's a bit sketchy here, my sketch syndrome is kicking in"

Not In My Son Syndrome

The phenomenon where parents who, despite initially stating their hypothetical acceptance in the case their children are LGBTQ, immediately reject their children based on their identity.

Mother (in 2010) to her 14 year old son: "I'll accept you for who you are!"
That same son (in 2013): "Mom, I'm gay."
Mother (in 2013): "Get the fuck out of my house."
This is a textbook example of Not in my Son Syndrome occuring.

When a character in a video game/movie/series has the proportions of a character made in a Nintendo DS game so it is built like a silverback gorilla. (i.e. having massive arms and torso and stumpy legs)

When a woman has her first child and is no longer any fun to hang out with. Makes sure to bring up their child in every conversation no matter the topic.

Person 1: Let’s call Kelly and see if she wants to hang out tonight
Person 2: good luck with that ever since she had that baby she’s had a bad case of new mommy syndrome.

The lack of any reading comprehension abilities. The inability to understand basic sentences/phrases. Exhibited primarily by members of the Mathematical Olympiads Discord Server (MODS).

“Hey do you have the solution to potd 420?”
“Oh you mean the dishes? Yeah I just washed them”
“What?”
“Oh sorry mods member syndrome. I read it wrong lol”
“Wait actually now reading your message again, I think ur right! That is a great solution!”
“Oh I see that you’re a fellow MODS member as well :)”
