When you inhale harsh cannabis that results in you coughing so hard that your blood pressure rises and you sweat unlike a green out you don't vomit and for the most part you're still good to smoke after a minute or so

Person 1: coughs lungs out after hitting water bong.

Person 2: Damnnn you sweating hard are you greening?.

Person 1: nah its all good its just pot sweats.
