Most commonly used as a replacement word IE; and adjunct synonym. Often time used a friendly/non-formal greeting to a close friend or to describe some you may not be particularly fond of.

A really big person or just someone that looks weird that you could classify as a Big Monster. And obviously they are "here" wherever you are.
