A term that branched from the brainrot phrase "Balkan rage". This term, alongside things like "Japanese tip toe" have been used in brainrot videos, mostly on Tiktok. "Jamaican Smile" is used to describe a dastardly grin that can be used to signified that the user is one of those "who know".
