Cheason

Cheese Seasons (Cheasons) defines cheese eating patterns throughout the year; summer cheeses and winter cheeses.. autumn and spring harder to define.

Winter cheeses: Stilton, blue etc
Summer cheeses: Halloumi, feta etc.

Can also be defined pyschologically, if it feels like summer summer cheese will be consumed and vice versa. Cheese type and cheason correlation up for debate.

You can't BBQ that stilton... it's not the right cheason!
