A term coined by Charlie Sheen, the obviously drugged up star of Two & a Half Men. He invented it as a roundabout response to a question.

Lady Interviewer: Some people seem to think you might be bipolar.
Charlie: I'm bi-winning! Duh! Epic! Win!

Pertaining to, or having absolute 'win' in ones life. One must usually be under the influence of the drug 'Chalie Sheen' to become bi-winning.

Reporter: "Some say your that your bi-polar"

Charlie Sheen: "WOW, what does that mean?"

Reporter: "I guess that your on two ends of the spectrum"

Charlie Sheen: "wow, and then what what's the cure? medicine? make me like them? - not gonna hapen.
