Absolutely a flex. Or ~ultimate~ clout indubitably a flex. Its when shaggy from Scooby do, played Scrabble and was trying to spell his name but he did not have an h but rather had a w. Thus, in which, swaggy was born in order to describe only the most prime of or ~ripe~ person.
