A person that is so stupid they would reach their hand into a Tiger's cage and attempt to pet it...and then try to sue the Zoo because the angry Tiger that was wrongfully taken from its home in Africa, bit off the Tiger Petters hand.

Little Billy cannot be that dumb, he tried to pet the pissed off tiger at the zoo...Tiger Petter for sure.

A Pettener is someone who tends to act clever, they also are compulsive liars and have a height problem. They will never accept an answer if they got it wrong because of their stubbornness. They also have a desire of collecting Tomatos and placing them in jars around each other while they sleep. Their final move is that they illegally download life starting from music to thousands if dollars to whole houses. The overall look is that they are regardless of mental disorders Mongino or as the Italians would say 'Mongolio'

A school where a lot of people are related in some way. Weird teachers names. A 'christian' like school. People complain how sh*t the town and school are..but never seem to leave until they graduate. Very small school, the only school in town. Rivals- Stryker. Does not have contact sports.
