A jib is the person who comes in and steals your girlfriend after you've just recently broken up. Generally, a jib is an ape-like sub-being, the opposite of yourself.
Looks like there's a jib with hairy knuckles in the room with Mike and Patty; Mike doesn't look too impressed.
