Get the Lifermug. Someone that was born in and never leaves the state of Pennsylvania. Usually due to either being broke, redneck, white trash, or a bozo that is afraid of traveling. Typically these people are set in their ways and have no idea how to act at a fancy restaurant or higher class social gathering due to being uncultured.
