Shruggenstein

Shruggenstein is the owner of Shruggenstein’s Castle, which sits on the island of … idk, i kinda forgot. He became extremely powerful by doing absolutely nothing outside of his island, and in the War of the Rats rented his castle’s dungeons to the Demisians when the prison in Theradruin became full and also the Evilians for no reason. After the Demisians found this out, they attacked his castle and there were heavy damages on both sides, including Mr. Beast being released.

This was the most interesting thing that ever happened in Shruggenstein’s realm, because absolutely nothing happened after the castle got repaired.

Shruggenstein would be the kind of character in a TV show that makes you shrug whenever he shows up
