This phrase describes someone (usually an older person) taking their weekly crap (sterio-typically taken on saturday night)

Old Guy: " poopin' on the potty saturdy night !!"

or

Worker: "Hey, what are you doin' later tonite?"
Co-Worker: "You know, poopin' on the potty saturday night !!"
