A colourful and cheerful word, often used to describe a person who is bubbly and 'not like other girls'. They can be quite annoying and they're also desperate to be the centre of attention. Also used to describe something colourful that stands out and is fun looking.

"She was in a very quirky outfit."
"That poster was very quirky."

Someone who has a bubbly personality, this however should not fool you. They are annoying and 'so unique' they often use the term 'I'm not like other girls' or 'that's not WEIRD that's so normal, I should know, I do it ALL the time' They are usually the people that refere to themselves as quirky when asked about their hobbies, or typically just say a random word like chicken or potato. They think that they're popular and that everyone knows who they are.

"I'm just SOO quirky! Like I can't believe I actually said water bottle when the teacher told us to just say here! Literally everyone was laughing and looking at me. I'm SOO quirky!"
