A fratenal term that a black person uses to identify with another black person beacase they know what the other has been through all blacks arent Niggas but ALL niggas are black.

nigga means he is somebody. You might say fuck that nigga but don't take that nigga lightly.

white people haven't had a great history with the word and it's hard to tell how they mean it so don't use it. plus there is no way one can understand without being black. you can't rub it off or change your clothes its not a fad for a black person its skin.

Nigga

n. Usually an individual who is of the dark-coloured skin race. However, variations of this word can be said to any race as long as your cool with them. Also if you get caught saying this to some black person you don't know in the projects or anywhere, you're dead or you'll end up with a bruise somewhere. :P

Example 1 (Good Way):
Regular school day between two guys that are down.
Hispanic Man: "Yo nigga wuts gud?"
White Man: "Nuttin much jus chillen."

Example 2 (Bad Way):
Coloured man bumps into a light coloured man.
White Man: "Ayo watch wher de fuk u goin nigga!"
Black Man:"You mutha--"
Coloured man punches the light coloured man in the face and walks away. :P

"the n word" this word is used freely between black people. the former term nigger was used during slavery. now a days it means friend, or brotha. if a white person would say it to a black person (if they wern't close and there are some exceptions) then they would get there ass kicked.

in example.

black person: wud up nigga
Black person(2): wud up my nigga

another
white person: wud up nigga
black person: 2 busy beatin the white guys ass. lmao
