marmite afterbirth

You first invite a random girl over to your house. Whilst waiting for her arrival, you eat marmite (on anything) until full, and drink plenty of water. When she arrives you proceed to go down on her. The naturally occuring stench and taste from between her legs will make you throw up all over her vagnina, and the mess will resemble that of giving birth and smell of marmite. Hence the name, marmite afterbirth.
