Held at Griffis Air Force Base, Rome, NY July 23-25, 1999, it featured top acts at the time such as Limp Bizkit, Korn, Rage Against The Machine, Kid Rock, Jewel, The Dave Matthew Band, all night raves, video game demos and the like. It was infamously known for not allowing attendees to bring in food and subject them to overpriced food and water bottles. On the last night, riots and fires broke out resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage.
