Separate from the sexual identity use of the word, inanimate objects or situations can be called "gay" when they're not working as expected or traditionally. Also spelled "ghey"

Person1 - People are way too sensitive. Some minorities have catchy useful phrases that I think would be really big of us all to allow eachother to adapt them. I'm going to start saying things are "gay" again and anyone who gets offended is part of their own problem.

Person 2 - people might think that's pretty ghey.
