Basically a circle jerk or when guys sit around and jerk off together. Since it is popular with teen boys, the object is to see how far you can shoot compared to the other boys, hence "rocket club". A network TV show, Aliens in America, devoted an entire episode to this topic which probably went over the heads of 98% of the viewers who thought the show was about a high school science club.
Hey. Tyler, John, Eric and Trevor will be at our Rocket Club meeting tonight to watch the new DVD I just got, want to come?"

When you're getting ready to finish on a girl's face & you nut all in her nostrils. The only choice she has if she wants to breathe is if she clamps down on one of her nostrils & blow it out like a snot rocket.
I had to get my girl a bunch of kleenex last night for that thot rocket I shot up her nose. She told me to nut anywhere but her hair so thats what she gets.

An extremely painful prank for the crotch-rocketed in which the two crotch-rocketeers stand in front and behind their victim, grab each others hands under his crotch, yell "Crotch Rocket!!!" yank, and send that poor, screaming sob sky-high.
Tom: Hey Mark and Terry! Wanna go to... why are guys standing so --
