St. Malatius the confessor a Learned and meek man (also known as the patriarch of Antioch) was ordained a bishop in Sebastian in the year 357 A.D. he left because the rudeness of the people, after he left he lived a solitary life but unexpectedly in the year 360 A.D. he was ordained Partiarch. Also this saint was know for resisting the Arians and excommunicating them even when they wished to slander him was exiled to his return till 378 A.D. then in 381 A.D. St. John Chyrosotom was exeedingly glad for st. Malatius and declared a feast and was with great honor. May his prayers be with us and Glory be to God forever Amen.
