Also used to provoke confusion when there is no second meaning.

You can add "if you know what i mean" to the end of the sentence to make the reader look for a second meaning, if you know what i mean.

Simply, I don't know. Used in answer to any question by someone who can't think of anything else to say. Used particularly by idiots from Australia, thinking it mocks Scotsmen in some way.

Andrew - Hi Rod, how are you today?
Rod - I don't rightly know.
Andrew, that's a shame, is it correct your an Australian idiot?

An expression indicating extreme doubt, often implying that the suggested remark was untrue, a backhanded stab by passive aggressive speaker who won't come out and say they think you are full of crap.

You know what time it is!

Basically a statement said to acknowledge how incredibly trashed someone is. You can say it to acknowledge someone else or you can say it to acknowledge how messed up you are.

If you are on another level of fucked up you can also respond that you are the clock. Who ever is the most fucked up is the clock.

A:"Duuuuuuuuuuuude!!!!"
B: "You know what time it is!"

A:"Do you know what time it is!?"
B:"Bitch, I'm the clock!"

A:"You know what time it is!!!"

A:"Dude, he knows what time it is."
B:"Bro, he is the clock"
