A knock is referring to someone who is a fiend for drugs of any kind. weed, coke, pills, meth etc... it’s like calling someone a druggie, drug-head , tweaker, fiend, or addict.

Drug dealer may say: “I’m going to go serve one of my knocks a gram and I’ll be back in 30”

Naked and Knocked Up

When a woman or couple takes "barefoot and pregnant" to the next level (usually considered a fantasy fetish due to the high financial cost). In addition to doing all the tasks associated with being barefoot and pregnant (cooking, cleaning, keeping the house in good working order, providing and raising children for the man of the house, etc.), the woman will be naked any time she is at home, always providing for her husband's viewing pleasure and sexual gratification. She will also insist on always being pregnant and having as many children as possible (until she either reaches a certain age or her eggs dry out). If she isn't currently pregnant, she's trying to get that way.

Explanations for taking it that extra step include some combination of the following:
- One or both members of the couple is a nymphomaniac
- One or both members of the couple was raised with the breeder mindset
- They have a submissive/dominant relationship (woman/man, respectively)

The financial cost of engaging in a “naked and knocked up” relationship is that of raising a constantly growing family. Roughly every 10 months, you'd have another mouth to feed/body to clothe. Only certain professions by the breadwinner can support the high demands of such a lifestyle.

Guy 1: Your wife just had your 4th child and already wants another? Wow, she must love being barefoot and pregnant.
Guy 2: Yeah, she does. It’s too bad I don’t make enough money to keep her naked and knocked up.

Any of several well-known "door-tap pun" verbal exchanges which involve either an offer ("Howard", "Tijuana", etc.) or a request ("Woodrow", "Kudu", etc.) by da speaker to da listener; often, said query is proffered in said manner in an effort to lighten da mood and add a little humor to said proposal, in order to hopefully take some of da sting outta da expressed idea, which might involve less-than-desirable aspects such as difficult/yucky/tedious labor, significant changes in habits/lifestyle such as being more active and/or giving up "comfort" foods, etc.

A lot of da utility knock-knock joke selections are somewhat "interchangeable" as far as their "request" or "offer" status --- i.e., a word dat's mostly intended for proposing an assistive/generosity action by da speaker to da listener (such as "Howard you like me to _?", or "Tijnana do/have _?") can also be used by da speaker for asking for assistance/charity from da listener (such as, "Howard you feel about doing _?", or "Tijuana volunteer to _?"). Or by da same token, a gigglingly-uttered conversing dat uses a word which is usually reserved for giving-of-time/resources appeals can also be used by da speaker to extend an offer of help to da listener, such as, "Woodrow like me to _?", or "Kudu let me help you out by _?"
