Emo Turtle

A shy person who comes out of his/her shell if prompted to. Often a person who is shy when meeting new people and then comfortable with that person after a certain amount of time spent with them.

Person 1 : Hey, that guy must be a real emo.

Person 2 : Yeah but he's an emo turtle. He'll get up when you crack a nice joke.
