Get the safety release mug. When a game company releases a half finished product and uses the term "beta release" to excuse any and all glitches. These games are usually never finished, but are still profited from.
Have you played the game DayZ? It's been a beta release for three years now with no real improvements!

Get the Wrinkle Releaser mug.Equity release—or "give us your house"—is a means of borrowing some of the value of your home without having to sell it, and usually without having to make any repayments so that the interest compounds rapidly. Sometimes known as a lifetime mortgage. The more reputable lenders (for a given value of 'reputable') guarantee that the total debt will never exceed the value of the property, which is big of them; the less reputable will take your estate for as much as they can after you fall off your perch.
I borrowed 65K through equity release on my house seven years ago, and it's already doubled. At this rate there will be nothing left for my kids.

Get the equity release mug.O'Ryea is a funny, inapropriate, gorgeous girl. She'll show you some dank memes on Instagram to make anyone's day. She's often really insecure and struggles with depression, but she shouldn't because she is a great person and she's flawless! O'Ryea is often into older men that's about 3-7 years older than her, and if they break her heart, she wants to be really petty about it, but is too scared to be. Overall, O'Ryea is a beautiful great person that you should be proud to call her your best friend.
Y/N: Dang, I'm having a really shitty day....
O'Ryea: OH LOOK! I found this really funny video on Instagram. Look.

(1) Where you ask a gal if there would be any chance of her getting pregnant before you "let go" inside of her, or
(2) Where --- prior to your letting go of a door and allowing it to close again after you've been holding it open for one or more persons passing through --- you briefly duck your head around said door to make sure there aren't any other people heading for the doorway, thus avoiding your accidentally letting the door slam in the faces of these previously-unobserved folks.

Clueless dude, speaking plaintively to a social-advice counsellor: I always make a point of performing a pre-release safety-check before I let go of a door after holding it open for others; it just seems like a lot of times, the folks who are inside the house or store yell at me to "not let the heat out" or "not let the bugs in". Well, what da HECK am I SPOSTA do --- just blindly let da door slam shut again and risk bruising someone's face?!
Counsellor (gently and seriously): Oh, nooooo --- of course not. I would suggest standing inside the doorway so that you can see both inside and outside at the same time simply by turning your head; that way, you can check for stragglers during the final few seconds while the last person is entering/exiting the room, and thus it will not take any extra time to be safe.
