Tight circumcision

Not to be confused with Radical Circumcision, which is something of a another whole level.

Basically a normal circumcision, but with the small two blubs at the sides right at the opening of the urethra, also removed. This is usually seen on many male pornstars.

James had a tight circumcision, thus he does not have two small bulbs right at the opening of his urethra.
