The act of arranging geeks together for nerdy activities such as Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, or MMO raids to figure out who is playing what when. Because this involves working around random schedules for the players and needing to get the right mix of their characters it often resembles a game of Sudoku to get all of the people in place.
